Individual Orders: Please submit 24 hours in advance.

Family-Style Orders: Kindly submit 48 hours in advance.

Weekly Meals: Submit your orders by Friday at 8 PM each week.

At our core, we’re a family-first business, driven by the love and energy of our two amazing boys, Ayden (10) and Aldyn (4). Ayden, our firstborn, is a social butterfly with a heart of gold and a newfound passion for sports. His positive spirit and sunny disposition light up our lives every day. Aldyn, our second-born, is our IVF miracle—an outcome of our hard work and the wonders of science. He brings a delightful mix of sweetness and sass to our family—our little “sour patch kid” who keeps us entertained and on our toes. Although our boys share the same genetics, their distinct personalities add unique charm to our lives.

Food has always been central to our lives. My parents have owned and operated a cherished Chinese/sushi restaurant in our community for over 35 years. From the time we were teenagers, Adam and I have been actively involved in the family business, learning the intricacies of the restaurant industry and what it takes to provide exceptional customer service.

When COVID hit, we knew we had to find a way to provide for our family, leading to the creation of Mealz by Adam, established in 2022. We had previously explored this idea when Adam owned his own restaurant uptown called Uptown Fusion. As the demand for meal prep surged, we were ready to step in and offer a solution. I was particularly motivated to pursue this venture after struggling to lose the baby weight post-Aldyn. Luckily, Adam’s talent and efficiency in the kitchen made our new idea work out beautifully.

Adam brings an impressive 26 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to the table. Having managed and opened several restaurants over the years, his deep knowledge and commitment to excellence are evident in everything we do. Adam’s top priority is ensuring that every customer’s experience exceeds their expectations.

In addition to his extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Adam has also worked with a local nursing home, helping the elderly and individuals in need of rehabilitation. This role underscored the critical importance of nutrition in supporting daily functions and overall health. Adam is currently in the process of obtaining his Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification, further demonstrating his commitment to nutritional excellence.

I’m a college graduate with a degree in fashion merchandising and marketing, and I spent my early adult years managing retail stores and wireless phone services. My career path then led me to a local resort, where I dedicated 13 years to conference and catering, mastering the art of hospitality and event management.

I’m also an avid CrossFitter who discovered the sport in 2014. I understand firsthand the important role nutrition plays in health, wellness, and feeling good daily. My experiences in CrossFit have deepened my appreciation for how balanced, nutritious meals contribute to overall well-being.
